Grades won't export from Canvas to Powerteacher unless I retype them

Hi,

At our school, we're supposed to keep grades for all assignments in Canvas and export them to Powerteacher at the end of the quarter and semester. I've noticed that for many assignments, the grades won't export properly, creating gaps in Powerteacher.

For the assignments that don't import correctly, I've found that if I change each grade to a 0, exit the cell, and then reenter and retype the correct grade, then the grades will export correctly. Can someone tell me what's happening and how I can avoid this issue?
