Hello,
We have used H5P objects in Pages in MyCanvas to create a more interactive experience for our learners. Mostly, this has worked well, but many learners are distracted or worried by the message "Your gradebook did not confirm receiving this attempt."
Is there any way to disable this message?
Thank you for your time.
Hello @NicholasSzajnow
Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with disabling the H5P message. It is a default message and really the only way would be to remove it using custom HTML/CSS. There is a possibility that your Canvas CSM (the Canvas Customer Success Manager) could work with you on getting this disabled but you would need to reach out to them directly. You can do so by contacting Canvas Support.
