Unfortunately, your question isn't something that any of the people here in the Canvas Community would be able to help you with. Your question really should be directed back to your school's IT department or your school's help desk staff. They would be the ones to best help you get your school e-mail address account issues resolved. I went to the Los Angeles Community Colleges District website, and I found the following page which might be of some help to you: Student Support Contact (laccd.edu).
