Hi
I have been wondering about the options in the Help menu on the side bar.
As a admin of our instance, I have seen students selecting the option to Report a problem, which raises a ticket with Instructure, rather than using the Ask your instructor a question.
So, wondering, is it possible to have different options depending upon the user?
Looking at the settings option it looks like if I remove 1 of the options then it affects all users.

Thanks for reaching out on the Instructure Community!
You are able to customize which roles can see which help menu options by editing the items within the help menu themselves. You can then check off which roles you’d like to have the link to the corresponding resource.
