How can I unlink a MyLab/Mastering account from my Canvas?

For really dumb reasons, I have two accounts with Pearson for Mastering Physics.  When I tried to link my Canvas course to Mastering, I used the wrong Pearson account.  There can only be one account linked, so now I need to disconnect the first one in order to link the second one.

Hi Tate,

I had the same issue with my course earlier today. I was able to successfully unlink MyLab from my Canvas course using the following steps:

• Click on MyLab & Mastering, on the left panel, from the Home page.
• In the Help & Support box, click on Get Help & Support.
• Click on Get Diagnostics.
• Scroll down and click on Delete MyLab & Mastering course and association with Canvas course.
• Type the word Delete in the red box.
• Accept this change.

This did not help for me! 

I think that is the way for teachers to unlink the association. When I go to Help & Support, there is no option to do that. My access to Pearson isn't working at all, with error messages whenever I try to access MyLab and Mastering for Astronomy 100
