Welcome to the community. Looks like you want control over the image of your course card for your Canvas course. If you're the instructor you can add an image to your course for all to see. This might be helpful to you: How do I add an image to a course card in the Dashboard?
If you are a student, you can ask your instructor to add an image to your course's course card.
However, every user controls the color overlay of the course card (see the color change section). So the color the instructor uses may not be the same color overlay that students use.
