Hi @MegK,

The How do I configure Canvas authentication details f... - Instructure Community - 257 guide covers the basics of multi-factor authentication (MFA) configuration for a Canvas admin.  If you don't have the MFA options shown in the guide, you may need to contact your Canvas Customer Success Manager to enable them for you.
