Hello all,
I am trying to find the feature in Theme Editor to Edit/Upload a custom CSS/JS file.
I read I need to contact our Customer Success Manager? We have no idea what this is.
Appreciate any advice we can get!

Hi @RubinTeam,
Since you seem to be an official partner, Instructure's partnership team would likely be the point of contact for you with this issue. If you're a full root admin already, there won't be anything else you should need to do. If you're not a full root admin though, you won't really be able to grant yourself those privileges for security reasons and someone form Instructure will need to help.

Hello @RubinTeam
A Customer Success Manager is your point of contact for your institution/company. Are you a Canvas Admin? Whoever is the point of contact for Canvas at your institution should know who your Customer Success Manager is.
I am indeed a Canvas Admin. Also the only Canvas account at our company. Bit of a unique situation as we are a small team.
@RubinTeam For the second part of your question, if you are an admin with the permissions to edit your theme, then when you are in the editor, the top left corner has a tab to upload the custom CSS/JSS.
Hope this helps!

I am indeed the sole admin. I'm trying to figure out how to 'grant' myself permissions. There is no other user at our company with any account/access otherwise. Kind of a unique situation.
Hi @RubinTeam,
The How do I upload custom JavaScript and CSS files to... - Instructure Community - 253 guide might be helpful to show you the necessary steps to upload custom CSS/JavaScript. If you need help with actually creating customizations with CSS/JavaScript, the Developers Group here in the Instructure Community is a great place to ask questions and possibly get advice from some peer developers/customizers.
Hope this helps!
