If you are an instructor, you can copy a rubric from one course to another via the Course Import Tool. First, sign in to the course where you want to copy the rubric into. Then, follow these instructions:
How do I select specific content as part of a course import?
As you are following these instructions, select the course where the rubric currently lives. You will eventually be able to select one or more rubrics to copy into your course by placing checkmarks next to each rubric name.
