How do I get my account deleted?

Hello,  @mary_lemoine  Welcome to the Canvas Community! To request deletion of a no-longer-wanted Canvas account, please log into the account you wish to have deleted and click on the Help button in the global navigation (at the bottom left). Use the Report a Problem option from the Help menu to compose and send your account deletion request to Canvas Support. You'll find instructions for using Help in How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor? (if you're a student, the instructions for contacting Help are the same).

If it turns out that the account needs to be deleted by your district, the support agent will advise you accordingly.
