How do I get notifications for both observed kids?

Both of my kids are linked in my observer account but I am only getting emails for one of them. Anyone experience this and know how to fix?  What am I missing?

Hi Susan -

You should receive the same types of notifications for both children.

In your notification preferences, did you check the box at the top of the chart to include each student's name in the notifications? That's a huge help!
