How do I locate a recent Announcement by Date Created when Course not known

I have posted an announcement today in a course module but I cannot locate it.  I know it was saved as I checked and then wanted to edit it.  I think I have posted in the wrong course/module by mistake.  Is there a way to search the announcements I have made by date created across all course modules?

Hi @MaxLewington 

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to search for announcements across multiple courses. 
You would need to go into the specific course and look for the announcement there. 

I would suggest creating an idea conversation so this can be voted on by our users. 
How do I create a new idea conversation in the Instructure Community?
