Hi,
I created a course for a class that I am taking and need to send the link to my professor. However, I sent the link for my course to a friend to check to make sure there are no restrictions and it is asking for her email and password. Is there any way to make the course public so that anyone I send the link to can preview my course without restriction? Thank you for your help!

Keep in mind that, as the info in the light blue box indicates, you would need to reach out to your Canvas administrator at your school if you are not able to change this setting on your own.
I hope these will be of help to you!
