I am interested in creating computer-based exams on Canvas LMS, similar to the full-screen layout used in IELTS.
Specifically, I would like a split-screen layout where the left side displays text passages and the right side is dedicated to answers. Ideally, students should be able to navigate through the questions without scrolling down, and the left side should maintain a fixed height with scrolling bar. Is this possible? Here are some examples of what I’m trying to achieve, please go to the link and try one of these tests.

Good morning, @hoanguyenn2015 ...
Something similar to what you describe is available in the New Quizzes interface of Canvas. From your second screenshot you attached, it looks as though you are using the current Classic Quizzes interface and not New Quizzes. Your school may not be using the New Quizzes interface just yet, so you'd want to have a conversation with their Canvas administrator(s) or someone from their Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education team to see what their plans are for giving you and your fellow faculty access to New Quizzes. Here is a Guide that shows you exactly how this works:
How do I insert stimulus content in New Quizzes? - Instructure Community - 573 (canvaslms.com)
Once you create the stimulus, you then add the associated questions to that area so that students can answer questions about the content you added to the stimulus.
I hope this will be of help to you. Sing out if you have any questions...thanks!
