How to change text size

Randomly, my text size on Canvas has become very small and hard to read. It is not a computer issue, only Canvas has this switch in text size occured. Looked it up online and read through many question forums but it seems no one else has had this issue. There is no access for me in my settings to change appearance on screen.

I think the only time I've seen something similar to this happen is when I have accidentally zoomed out in my browser window. It'll stay zoomed out anytime I come back into Canvas, and only on the Canvas site. So my only advice is to zoom in on your page, but I'm curious if other folks have ideas!
