How to increase quotas

Hello!
I am an instructor and account owner and trying to import a course into Canvas Instructure and am receiving an error message "Zip file would exceed quota limit."
Is this the quota for the course or for our Canvas account?
What can I do to remedy this?

Hi @MonikaSutherlan ,
There may be quotas on both course and your account. You will want to connect with your Canvas Administrator to check the quota limits as they can be adjusted. We also have file limit quotas on certain files, just to prevent bogging down the course. Here is a community post on Canvas quotas. The Canvas Administrator can reach out to the Customer Success team with additional questions.
