How to prevent teacher to create Canvas course and sections?

Hi,

     I am new for Canvas. May I know that if we want to create the course base on the SIS system and we use the API to create all the course record from our SIS system, then how can we disable to course and section creation permission from teacher's end? Teacher can modify the course but just not allow to create any new course. I want to manage the course creation from my admin account.

@JamesRong In your admin settings at the very bottom, you want to uncheck the ability for Teachers to create courses:

I am not 100% sure how to block the section creation.  We allow our faculty to create sections because you can have multiple sections in a course however they can't modify the one that is created by the SIS.  (In this case students might be in multiple sections within the same course).
