Most of the time, instructors post their syllabus under the Syllabus tab in the course navigation. If not, I'd check the home page for a link or button. ...or if your instructor uses modules, maybe it's in an introductory set of resources.
If you still can't find it, I recommend using the Canvas Inbox to send a short note to your instructor for guidance.
