I cannot click on the 'star' to open a new course for Sem 2???  Please can you assist?

Likely you are not able to open the course because its term date has not started. The best person to contact about this is your instructor, though that might be a challenge if you can't access your Canvas course! Otherwise, your local IT support and systems team for help. Unfortunately we in the Instructure Community won't be able to answer institution-specific questions.
