I do not have the option to conclude the course.

I have completed a course from last year and I do not have the option to conclude the course.  Is there a way you can look at it on your end and help me do this?

@CharisDavenport Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Unfortunately this community does not have access to your course or your system.  We are all fellow Canvas users like you.  I would recommend reaching out to your institution and make sure they have not done something to block this ability.
