I am having such a hard time right now. I could use the help. How do I request assistance with my PowerPoint? I have everything complete, but when I get audio with voice reading passages, the option to get assistance with reading the slides with voice audio disappears. I have reached out to the professor and asked for help from my personal friends, who can't seem to figure this function out. This assignment is already late. I have not had a late assignment in my entire college life, so yes, this is causing some major anxiety for me. Thank you to all who even stop to read this comment.

whilst you are welcome to reach out here this is not your institutional support - you need to get in contact with your IT support team.

There are a number of possibillities as to why this may be happening, and you need someone involved in supporting and configuring MS Office in your institution to take a look.
