Immersive Reader doesn't work on quizzes?

Does the immersive reader not work on quizzes?  I have students with IEP's that require audio for assessment.  When the student goes into an assessment the immersive reader tool goes away as far as I can tell.  This is the place I need it the most!  Is this not a feature for quizzes or is there a tool or a way to add it?

Immersive reader is not an option for quizzes. According to Instructure from a post a while ago, since Quizzes are highly interactive, immersive reader would actually mess up a lot of the components that quizzes rely on to work accurately.
