Hello, there seems to be an issue with the Canvas site for my university. Whenever any documents are uploaded for assignments the document properties automatically reset and say the document was created just as it is uploaded. This has resulted in a number of students being flagged for academic integrity as their document seems to only have 1 or 2 minutes of editing time and not the correct amount of time. Is there someone to escalate this issue to?
