Incorrect Quiz Answer Feedback

Not sure if this is a bug but the incorrect quiz answer message doesn't appear if you have at least one correct answer (but not all correct answers) for a "select all that are correct" type of question. I can only get the "wrong answer comment" to appear if I don't choose any correct answers in this example (see attached screenshots).

Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with quiz questions. The questions  for multiple  correct answers vary depending on whether or not you are using classic or new. For classic quizzes, users often have trouble with this question type as it is an all-or-none style in regards to the points administered and any messages also displayed. Did they select some correct answers? Then it will show that - but correct answers that were not chosen would count against them. It should be displaying  that they missed the points/questions however and not just blank. It may be how you set this question up.

@greydon Thanks for the reply. This is a Classic quiz and the example that I attached is my own test. Since the first screenshot shows some correct answers selected but not all, I was expecting to see the incorrect answer feedback displayed. That feedback is only showing if I didn't select any answers at all (as in the second screenshot). Shouldn't the incorrect answer feedback display for any answer combo that is not the 100% correct answer?
