Instructor receiving multiple emails from the Canvas Inbox -- his name appears multiple times in the "to"

So far we have had only 1 complaint, but an instructor is receiving multiple emails from the Canvas inbox -- (In or From the Canvas inbox).   His email address appears multiple times in the "to" --  notifications are from <notifications@instructure.com>

@sbocard because this is isolated to a single instructor right now, you may want to start by helping them check their Canvas notification settings. If the notifications are set up correctly and you continue to see inbox behaviors that are not as you'd expect them, please have them submit a support ticket.
