Is it possible to add a pop-up message that appears when students submit an assignment?

We are hoping to add a bespoke message to a final assignment at the end of a programme, that appears when students submit the assignment; it would ideally appear at the same time as the confetti animation that is automatically included in all assignments.

I’m not familiar with what a bespoke message is, unfortunately.  So, I cannot comment on that.  To my knowledge, though, I am not aware of anything available in Canvas assignments that would allow you to create a separate pop-up message upon submission of an assignment.
