Issue Opening Studio from Rich Content Editor in One Course but not in other courses

Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with Studio in one of my Canvas courses.
Last week, I was able to open Studio from the Rich Content Editor and successfully upload a video to a page. However, when I tried again this week, every time I click on the Studio button, I only see a window with a cloud and three dots — and nothing loads.
Here’s what I’ve tested so far:
- In my Sandbox course, Studio opens fine from the Rich Content Editor and I can upload videos without any problems.
- In the affected course, the error occurs consistently on every page when I try to open Studio.
- I tried copying the page from the course into my Sandbox to upload the video there, but the same error appeared once the page was copied ove
- Also not working in incognito/private windows
- Also cleared Cache & Cookies
From my testing, it seems like the problem is isolated to that particular course.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a fix or a setting I need to adjust in the course to get Studio working again?
