It wont let me use new quizzes

Hi @XXOwenXX4566 ...

Are you sure that you are clicking on the red "x" at the far right of the screenshot that you shared?  (It is very hard to see in your screenshot, so you must have implemented some kind of "night mode" within your browser.)  You should be able to click on that red "x", and then you should have an option to enable New Quizzes. Otherwise, you might need to have a conversation with your school's Canvas administrator to help you resolve this issue.  Please keep us posted here in the Community...thanks!

It is grayed out and wont let me select, im using free for teacher.

Thank you for confirming that you are using FFT (Free For Teachers) version of Canvas.  I just checked my own sandbox course in FFT, and I too am unable to enable New Quizzes.  Since there is no admin side to FFT, I don't think that you'll be able to enable New Quizzes in FFT ... at least not now.  I'm not exactly sure of the timeframe if/when Instructure might enable New Quizzes in FFT, unfortunately.  Sorry I don't have better news for you at this time.
