Learning Mastery Gradebook

Our school is on semesters. I created outcomes and aligned those outcomes to individual questions in the item bank (New Quizzes). Last semester those outcomes were visible in the Learning Mastery Gradebook. I did the same for my NEW classes second semester but the outcomes ARE NOT showing up in the Learning Mastery Gradebook. I imported some of the outcomes from my 1st-semester class into my 2nd-semester class. Other than that I don't know the Learning Mastery Gradebook is not working.

I imported the Outcomes files by doing a course export from my previous semester and imported ONLY the outcomes files into the current semester,
