Linking to Canvas Pages in a Canvas Course

Hello!  

I have a teacher who is trying to link to Canvas pages from her Canvas course home page.  The links work when you're in Canvas through a web browser, but on an iPad through the iOS app, clicking on a link just brings up a blank white page.  Does linking to Canvas pages not work for students using the iOS app?

By chance, have you worked with Canvas Support to help you diagnose the issue? I wonder if that 1:1 collaboration would provide you with a direction. If other Canvas users are experiencing this, the Support Agent would be able to connect your case with the existing ones and help our engineers arrive at a solution more quickly.

I know it's not the immediate answer you likely hoped for, but it may be the best next step. How do I contact Canvas Support?
