LockDown Browser (2.1.0.05). Error: Course (UNKNOW), Exam (NOT ATTEMPTED)

When i tried to access my exam, after pressed begin, the screen show that:

Error: Course (UNKNOW), Exam (NOT ATTEMPTED)

- Unable to connect to Respondus server (AWS) for the course or exam settings.

- Unable to obtain exam title to determine webcam requirement

Please help me, i just have 2 days left to finish.

Hi @Sonpham410,

Since Respondus LockDown Browser is a 3rd party program, you'll want to reach out to your school/institution's local support so they can hopefully get the issue resolved.  It looks like Troy University has a Portal page where you can submit a ticket or get a phone number to call for assistance.

Hi @Sonpham410 

First, contact your instructor and have them check the LockDown Browser Dashboard in the course to confirm the settings.  This error can happen if the instructor has never opened the LockDown Browser Dashboard.
