Lockdown Browser

The Lockdown Browser is preventing me from signing back into Canvas, saying that I have the wrong ID and password (I do not) and I am unable to take a test.

Please point me to a document or person who can remedy this problem.

This is a public discussion board for Canvas users from different schools all over the world, so generally speaking, we can't help with login problems.  You will need to contact the Help Desk at your school for help with username and password issues.

Each school has its own version of LockDown Browser, and the school's version of LockDown Browser is configured to go straight to that school's login page.  You will want to make sure that you have installed your school's LockDown Browser from the download link provided by your school, but if you still can't log in, you'll need to work with the Help Desk at your school to figure out why your username and password is not working.
