I was trying to take a Smart Proctor exam and it would not load. I got an agent on the line to assist and when I tried to go back to desktop to use my cutting tool to screen shot the issue. It would not let me and I lost Smart Proctor. Next thing I know all of my tabs in canvas for my classes are gone. I have only the Modules now. No grades tab, or assignments, tab. How do I fix this? I need to retry the exam some how.

By chance, does your Canvas screen look something like this...where the menu items normally displayed within the green box (shown below) are not appearing for you?
If so, this is a super easy fix. At the top left corner of your screen (just to the left of the word "Pandora" in my screenshot"), you'll see a three-lined menu (hamburger) icon. Click on that icon, and the course navigation menu items will re-appear for you.
