Locked Modules With Completed Prerequisites

Although I have completed all my necessary prerequisites and there is a green check mark next to the completed modules, I cannot access my next module. I have already reached out to my school's IT desk, management system, my teacher, and filled out Canvas support tickets. None of them have been able to help. I need help on this immediately, so if there's any insight, please let me know. I have attached what it shows when I try and access the second module along with the proof of completion of the prerequisites.

If you hover over that lock in the top right of the module (next to Complete All Items), does a tooltip pop up saying something?

Yes, it just says "Locked"

If this has not been resolved yet, can you please post a screenshot of the "Meet the Teacher Check-in Module" module when it is opened?

Hi @AllisonHung,

How long has it been since you completed the prerequisites before you tried to access the next module?  It appears that Canvas used some back-end processed to calculate the module progress and unlock the next module.  Sometimes these processes can get a bit backed up and cause some delay.  Ideally everything would be instant, but I know one school reported things were taking a few hours to unlock for students.  Hopefully these processes can be improved by Instructure, but if this was the issue, I hope you have access to your next module by now!
