Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with progressing through modules. Check that you've certainly completed everything by looking on the right side of the modules tab - there shouldn't be any circles remaining only blank spaces or green check marks. If there is a circle, you'll need to complete that item first. There is also the possibility the module requirements with you progress is stuck. It happens very rarely - where you completed everything but modules don't recognize it and you can't progress. The quickest fix for this is to work with you instructor and have them remove the requirement temporarily - you access the next module anywhere - and then they put the requirement back on. You will then be able to progress and not be locked out again once you've accessed it. Sometimes, this is the easiest way to fix the issue as it does happen from time to time.
