Log shipping

We are implementing a SIEM in our environment and want to do log shipping from our hosted Canvas instance to allow us to monitor account elevations, account creations, bulk data downloads etc.

Does anyone know if this can be done? I had a quick look at the API and could not see anything there.

You may want to check out Canvas Data, specifically the live event stream.  That may me in line with that you're looking for here.
