Hi! Im trying to record for my class and it stating that it can not reload

Hello @YsabelleJoson-R and welcome to the Instructure Community! It sounds to me like you need technical support. The best place to get that is from your local Canvas support team.  It would be great if their vigilance extended to the Canvas Question Forum, alas it does not. 

I’m going to mark this reply as a solution. I realize it does not solve your problem, but others in the Community who have similar challenges will learn where they too can get help.
