I want to make my Canvas course public, but I can't find the link to contact support to get help with this. My options in settings are disabled.

I would suggest that you get in contact with your Canvas administrator at Quinnipiac University ... or someone from your University's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department ... who can help you with this question. It maybe that your Canvas administrator(s) has/have turned off some capabilities that are only available for administrators of the LMS to change. Hopefully you'll be able to talk with someone at Quinnipiac soon about this to see what options are available. Good luck!
