Suggestion: Please make it possible to change the due date for all the quizzes in a single Assignment group at the same time.
Problem: Currently, to change the due dates, I need to do it manually for EACH individual quiz, which is very tedious, as I have over 40 quizzes.
- The menu (3 dots) to the right of the Assignment group name already has an "Edit" option. Expand that option to change the due date for all the quizzes under that group.
Description of my setup:
- Each of my Assignments groups has multiple quizzes. For example, my "Ch. 1 Quizzes" Assignment Group has quizzes A, B, C, etc., for each of the chapter 1 topics.
- All the quizzes in a single Assignment group have the same due date (for example, when we finish chapter 1 lectures in class).
Please see the attached file.
Thank you.

Hi @neshn ...
I may be missing something in your process, but it looks like you are selecting the three-dot kebab icon to the immediate right of your Assignment Group name...in this case, "Quizzes - Ch. 1". However, have you used the screen that lets you bulk update availability dates and due dates for all assignments...including quizzes? If you go to your "Assignments" page and then look at the top left corner ... above any of your assignment groups, you'll see another three-dot kebab icon just to the right of "+ Assignment". Click the three-dot kebab, and then select "Edit Assignment Dates". This will bring you to a page where you can quickly set the start and end dates of assignments...along with a due date.
Here is a Guide with additional information: How do I bulk update due dates and availability dates as an instructor?
I hope this will help save you some time. Sing out if you have any other questions about this...thanks!
Besides Chris' suggestion, there's James' Google sheets solution which is much more convenient, if you prefer to manipulate numbers on a spreadsheet (for example, it's easier to paste the same value over multiple cells, or make due dates equal to available dates plus a given number of days): Adjust All Assignment Dates on One Page - Instructure Community - 263117.
But given that you didn't ask how to do it, but are giving a suggestion instead, the correct "answer" here seems to be to submit your suggestion as an idea: Canvas Ideas - Instructure Community (see, for example and more details, Chris' answer at Solved: Copy Final Letter grade to A note column - Instructure Community - 650246 )
