Missing Assignment Column in Gradebook

A published practice quiz is missing from the Canvas Gradebook — there is not a column for it. It is in the list of quizzes under Quizzes, but is absent in the Gradebook. How do I get it to appear in the Gradebook?

The practice quiz needs to be set as a graded practice quiz in order for it to show up as a column on your "Grades" page.  If it is not set that way, then there won't be a column displayed on your "Grades" page.
