My Dashboard will not load

Hi, so I am new here my dashboard will not load on my laptop. It loads fine on my phone but just spins on my laptop. It is not my internet because I already checked that and everything else loads fine. I have assignments that I need to use my laptop for help me!

Here are some things to try:

• Make sure your browser is up-to-date.  What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?   Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are good options when navigating around Canvas.
• Clear your browsing history.

  • How do I clear my browser cache on a PC?
• Try contacting Troy University staff such as their Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education team ... someone with a Canvas administrator role who might be able to help you.  Here is a page I found on Troy's website that might help: Learning Online | Troy University.
