New Flip Throwing an Error with SpeedGrader

Flip (formerly FlipGrid) is now throwing errors when attempting to view the videos in speedgrader. Canvas loads a window in a window and says "Could Not Find Valid Link) See attached. Flipgrid (old) was working great. This has been happening since the new "Flip" was launch a couple of weeks ago. Anyone else seeing this?

Adding more to the saga (surprised this isn't affecting others). Microsoft said they corrected the LTI and rolled out a new version, but it isn't working either. Why they changed this LTI is beyond me, but be warned that the new Flip(grid) + Canvas is terribly broken.

Thanks for posting about this in the Canvas community. 

I have not run into this specific issue before, but it sounds pretty odd. I am sorry you are running into so many troubles with it while using Speedgrader. 

• I know that the error message "could not find valid settings for this link" can be pretty broad. Is the Flip(Flipgrid) app installed as an external tool for use at the course level? (I'm assuming it is, but wanted to ask.) 
• I looked at your screenshot you provided. Is it loading speedgrader and then taking you back to the homepage of the course, while displaying the error?
• In the assignment settings, it should be setup with the submission type of External Tool and have the Flip(Flipgrid) link listed. Has that link changed at all with the new update that was rolled out from Flip?

Flip is not showing up in speedgrader at all for our teachers. No error message, just a blank page. Just started with this new update as well. Can't get a response from flip either.
