Password isn't working for some reason, need to reset but when it send the email it tells me it won't reset unless I contact the administrators. Can someone please help me do this because I can't access my modules for the semester and I'm falling behind.

You're going to need to reach out to your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department about the password issues you are having. Every school that uses Canvas as their LMS (Learning Management System) has a different way of signing into Canvas. Unfortunately, Canvas Community members wouldn't be able to help with this issue, so having a conversation with folks at your school would be your best bet here. Hope this will help a bit...good luck!
