New Quizzes Gradebook and Practice

If you use New Quizzes and want to create a practice quiz as you could in the Classic Quizzes, that feature is missing and is important to include. If you select the "Do not count this assignment towards the final grade" checkbox, the quiz still appears on the gradebook though it is not counted toward the final grade. 

If that is the recommend approach to deliver practice quizzes then there should be an additional option for the quiz not to appear on the gradebook.

It almost sounds like you'd want to submit this as a Feature Idea here in the Community rather than posting this as a question.  If you submit it as a Feature Idea, then other people can chime in with their own comments and also give your suggestion a star rating.  Or, it might be the case that you'll find an existing Feature Idea already created...in which case you can add your comments to that one instead of creating something brand new.  Here are a few documents to help get you started:

Hi, @adarsh , you won't need to write a new idea conversation: just add your support to  New Quizzes: Practice quizzes.
