New Quizzes - reopening a quiz

I'd like to reopen a quiz that is closed to the whole class for just one student. in old quizzes, this was done through "moderate". Does anyone know how to do this in New Quizzes?

This is easy enough to do (same procedure I use for Classic quizzes).
click on the quiz out of the quiz page listing.
under the assign area, you should see assign to Everyone.
Below that box is +Add
click on +Add and add the student that you want to reopen the quiz for and select the dates for them to access the quiz. If they need another attempt because they used the only attempt, then you have to go into moderate after adding their own time and give them another attempt.
The manual page for quiz creation has this information - it is about 1/3 of the way down the page. This page shows the area I am talking about but does not show the steps - which are easy enough to figure out
