Not Receiving a copy of the announcements posted via email

I have been posting announcements via canvas but have not been receiving a copy of the message via email. I want to make sure that students are receiving notifications. I had made sure the settings were adjusted and it seems that notifications are enabled. Spoke with support at the beginning of the week but they escalated the issue to their L2 support and haven't received a response.

Hello @kucougars85 -

Instructure engineers just deployed a fix for this issue. You should receive an update on your Support ticket soon, but you should again receive copies of your Announcements via notifications.
