Not able to publish the course

I am not able to publish my course because I didn't finish the registration process according to a message sent to my email.  However, there is nothing else I could do as my registration process seems to be completed already.  I opened the account as an instructor free account.  Please help,

 @shirleywon2 , per https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-16623-free-for-teacher-account-faq , instructors will receive an email that prompts them to complete the registration process. If you don't see that email in your inbox, check the Spam or Junk folder.

Hi Stefanie, I am in the same situation, I have checked my spam, junk, and searched through my emails and I still cannot find it. Is there a way to try and resend it?

 @sydney3 , when I navigated to one of your courses, this is what I see:

I re-sent the invitation anyway.

Hey Stefanie, I have not seen any emails, and every time I try to Publish I get this message. I have reported a problem through submitting a ticket.
