As of March 10, 2021 I stopped receiving notifications from my Parent Canvas account with not changes to Account Notification Settings. My husband still receives from his account. I've checked junk/spam and nothing there. I'm mostly concerned with e-mails from teachers and course announcements. Any suggestions to fix?

I'm sorry that this is happening to you! Those notifications are really helpful when coaching a student.
First, double-check your notification preferences, just in case.
If those look fine, take a look at your email address under contact information. Make sure that those are in good standings.
If you see a little warning (❗) next to your primary email, send a ticket to your local canvas Administrator. They will then need to forward the ticket to Support at Instructure to "clear" your email and to restore your notifications. This has happened for a few students and observers where I teach, and we've been able to clear it up quickly!
