Nothing showing up under TO DO on card view

We have an issue with nothing showing up under the TO DO list on card view. This is affecting one of my three students (the other 2 have normal functionality). This is consistent across all devices, both in student and parent views. We have tried all typical troubleshooting (clear cache/cookies, different browsers, etc), but the issue persists.

I saw in another post (https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Mobile-Forum/STUDENT-To-do-list-not-showing-up-in-card-vie...) that going into list view and then checking/unchecking items restore them on the card view to-do list, which it did, until a refresh, and then they disappeared again.

Are you still experiencing this problem?

I am not sure of your role (you labeled this as "Observer" and "Student", which could be your role or the impacted role) but have you reported this to your school's Canvas team?

If you are an admin/ID at your school, have you reported this directly to Canvas Support?

Hi @dbrace,

My role was parent, but both my view and my daughter's view (student) displayed the same issue. She took it to the school IT team who reported it to Canvas and it started working correctly again last week. All seems good again.

Not sure if it was just a glitch, but it only affected one of my 3 kids' accounts and that one is good to go again.
