Hey everyone,
For some reason I have one module which doesn't load, for a split second it says 'page loading' and right after the page is just blank. It seems to be the case for just one module, all others seem to be working/loading. I tried different devices and browsers and have the same problem with the exact same module for all of them.

Hi Yasmine. Do you have access to the Edit button for the page? There may be something in the page design or the html that is stopping it from rendering properly.

Thank you for taking the time to post in the community. Sorry, the modules are not behaving properly in your course. When you have a moment I recommend submitting a case to Canvas Support by clicking the "?HELP" button on the left side of your Canvas page. Please be sure to include a link to at least 1 example of a module where you are seeing the screenshot you so kindly attached. Support should be able to look at the module to see what is going on.
Lastly, I recommend checking to make sure your browser is up to date. That is sometimes a factor in pages loading incorrectly. Here is a guide on browser requirements for Canvas.
Thank you for your reply timamura, this seems like a good solution if only I was able to contact them from the side panel. For now I contacted my instructor, I'm trying to see if there's another way I can contact support.
My chrome is up to date. The weird thing is, one moment this module was working and when i wanted to review it a bit later it wasn't loading anymore.

Keep us updated on this what you find out.
Hopefully this isn't redundant, but does clearing cache or using an Incognito window make any difference? I saw this happen once with a module item in a course and it seemed to be that my browser was blocking an important cookie that was needed to load the third party content in Canvas.
You might also check your browser permissions to see if something is blocked. It could be using a Pop Up and Redirect possibly.
